Our guide will lead us on an eye-opening art walk around Haugesund. We’ll visit a series of workshops and galleries featuring local artists and well-known Norwegian artists, and we’ll spot street art painted by the famous Norwegian pop artist Pushwagner.
On our walk to City Hall, we’ll see a statue of Marilyn Monroe and find out all about her unexpected connection to Haugesund. Fittingly, the city is also home to The Norwegian International Film Festival.
We’ll watch artists in action at Formbar, where glassblowers create exquisite hand-blown glass art, designs, and tableware.
As we walk, our guide will tell us all about Haugesund’s history and architecture. And of course, there will be opportunities to buy any local art for sale that catches your eye.
