Begin your tour with short sightseeing tour in the beautiful Art Nouveau town of Ålesund. You will drive along the fjords and cross the Ørskog Mountain before arriving at the Romsdalen Valley. Travel along the Rauma Salmon river to the magnificent Troll Wall, Europe’s tallest vertical overhanging rock face. Scandinavian rock climbing started in the Romsdal Alps, which boast some of the world`s most challenging climbs. A short ride brings us down to Åndalsnes and the Norwegian Mountaineering Center (Norsk Tindesenter). Enjoy a 15-minute film here about trolls of lore and see some of the exhibitions, time permitting. Then take the five-minute gondola ride up to Nesaksla, where a breath-taking panorama awaits. Take a guided walk at the top and spend some free time exploring. A delicious lunch will be served to you again, before we head back down to the small town. A relaxing bus tour will then bring you along the fjord and back to your ship in Ålesund.
