Enjoy a photo opportunity at Clerigos Tower (exterior only), once the tallest structure in Portugal. It was designed by the architect Nicolau Nasoni. Then enter the neo-gothic façade of the Lello Bookstore, considered one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world. Walk to Aliados Avenue and then to Bolhão market, where visitors can find fresh produce, meat, fish, and flowers. Enjoy free time and experience Porto’s unique character. Walk toward São Bento Railway Station, one of the city’s grandest buildings, with magnificent tiles by Jorge Colaço. Continue along the charming Flores Street, which connects to the Ribeira quarter, the part of the city near the river, considered a World Heritage area. Enjoy some free time and admire the splendid views of the Douro riverfront before driving back to the pier.
