The Harbor is a vibrant hub of fishing vessels and yachts the entire year, and the multi-colored rows of seafront houses are very pleasant to see. Your guide will share aspects of ancient and modern history as you walk across the seafront. At the end of town, reach the lifeboat station and ferry pier. From here, head into the woodland and catch glimpses of the sea and shore, which open up into vistas over to Kilchoan and Ardnamurchan on mainland Great Britain. Enjoy a photo op at the historic lighthouse, built in 1857, before returning to the port.

Return to the ship and cross the sound of Mull towards Loch Sunart, one of Scotland’s most beautiful sea lochs, for a small boat cruising expedition adventure and nature landing. Disembarking on a small boat (RIB) on a solitary coast is the essence of expedition traveling. There are no ports, no houses, and probably no vehicles. Only raw nature, infinite landscapes, and untamed wildlife. No filters of any kind. The real pleasure is exploring the environment with the open mind of a pioneer and discovering the world as it used to be.
