This beautiful hike from Brodick follows the Glenrosa Water deep into the tranquil Glen with excellent views of the jagged peaks of the Goatfell range. Setting off from Brodick, you’ll walk toward Arran Brewery, where the path gradually climbs into the woodland. The mature woodland path leads up a slight incline to the footbridge. Continue along a grassy track along the forest with open moorland below as dramatic views come into view. You’ll soon see Glenrosa Water, a popular spot for nature swimmers. The views get even better as the path leads farther into the glen. A’Chir ridge and Cir Mhor emerge as the path curves northwards.
