Departing Oban, your bus will take you through the picturesque scenery of the Pass of Brander, around the tip of Loch Awe. Enjoy views of Kilchurn Castle before continuing to Tyndrum, where we will make a short stop.

The route climbs to Rannoch Moor—one of the last remaining wildernesses in Europe. We will drive through the majestic Glencoe, once the scene of the infamous 1692 massacre. It is now a center for serious mountaineering, providing some of the finest climbing and hiking in Scotland. We will make a stop at the award-winning Glencoe Visitor Centre and learn more about this region’s history, geology, and nature. After the Visitor Centre, the route continues along Loch Linnhe. Admire views of the islands of Lismore and Mull along the shoreline of this sea loch. You will also pass Castle Stalker, a tower-house situated on its own islet, set against a dramatic backdrop of mountains. You will finish back in the coastal town of Oban.
