Enjoy a fully guided kayaking adventure exploring Sitka Sound’s spectacular scenery and marine life.

Your tour begins with a short motor-coach transfer from the pier. Next, enjoy a fun and informative orientation on kayak skills & safety. The guide will explain the variables to be considered on the day’s unique float plan, which depend on the day’s weather.

Enjoy paddling through a maze of reefs and kelp forest – areas accessible only by kayak. Your guide will help identify the colourful marine life visible below.  Keep an eye out for local marine wildlife, including sea otters, harbour seals, sea lions, porpoise, bald eagles and a variety of marine birds.
