If you love animals, this is the trip for you, as you get to greet 250 very happy huskies and cuddly puppies and are informed about the challenges of dog sledging.

Learn about Iditarod, Alaska – the world’s longest dog-sledge race, through film and pictures, glimpse how daring the race is for dogs and mushers alike.

You are also welcome to join the Wilderness Centre’s tour guide and explore the local plant and bird life on foot. At the end, relax in a Sami lavvo, with coffee/tea and cake.
