This exclusive opportunity to view Falkland birds will depart from the Jetty Visitors Centre heading for the nearby picturesque Hadassa Bay.

The Falklands Conservation Guide will distribute a specially tour specific illustrated checklist, and give a general background to Falklands birds and what you might expect to see on this tour (approx 20-30 different bird species).

At the bay shorebirds such as the Falkland flightless steamer duck and rock cormorants may be spotted. You may also spot Magellan penguins burrow in the tussac grass and the black-throated finch.
